Re-Installing OEM steps

We have a 2021 310RL. It has been stationary at an RV resort for a few years and the fold up steps were removed and replaced with a wood deck / steps.
What size and type of screws should I use to reattach the fold up steps?

I didn't measure but it it looks like #14 x 1½", maybe 1¼"
Since the holes are already there you don't really need self-drilling/drill-point
