Ramp door will not open

I have a Valor 43v13 and when trying to open the ramp door from the key outside I can hear the actuators trying to pop when turning the key. About 1 out of a hundred times the passenger latch will release but the drivers side never does, I checked for obstructions and sprayed the latches with WD-40 when I was able to open door from the inside yellow strap I have leveled the RV and it made no difference. It is also only about 30 degrees outside so I wonder if that is affecting it. Anyone else run into this and have any solutions

I have a scenario just the opposite where both sides refuse to latch unless I pull it closed from the inside….when level, of course. Haven’t dove into it beyond that. Too busy fixing other stuff like leaky drain valves and such.

This happened to our 44v14. I did find it odd since it’s only 1.5 years off the assembly line. I’ve seen people with brinkleys make temporary fixes by adding a screw to the tip of the solenoid plunger but it doesn’t last. You have to replace the solenoid. It’s an easy job. Only one of ours wasn’t releasing but I ordered two to have a spare on hand. They were like $22 bucks a piece a couple months ago.

This should be the same across all valors with the zero g door but confirm with parts.
