Quieting water pump

Any mods for quieting the water pump?

It depends on how much you want to spend. If you've already looked to see if you have flexible hoses and rubber feet on the pump you can search for pumps that promise to be quite or consider an accumulator tank. If you have $170 to burn you can look at this controller... www.irvwpc.com

Thanks. I did the rubber feet and flexible braid hoses in my 2018 Jayco. Just checking on latest and greatest.

I always take the attitude I want to hear the water pump. If I'm limited to a fix amount of water I want to know when the pump is in use. I do not want a silent water pump.

Ours sounds like machine gun fire and it is two months old!

The main cause of this is mounting of the pump and PEX tubing touching each other or other parts of the camper. I took mine out rerouted a few things, remounted it, now it purrs like a kitten.

It's rarely the pump making noise, it's the pipes rattling against something.
