Question about unknown pipes

What are these additional pipes and the black thing they connect to? What is the purpose of? This is our third fifth wheel but first Alliance. None of our previous units had these.

The white PEX indicate that the plumbing is related to your black tank flush system.
The Valve is a check valve and I believe an air admittance valve.

Seems an odd place for anything to do with the black tank but I guess Alliance knows what they are doing.
So you are saying the water that goes into the black tank flush at the wet bay goes there before going to the black tank?

Yes, the flow would be , wet bay connection, to this device, and on to the shower head within the black tank. The valve is direction specific and should have an arrow on it indicating direction of flow.

Out of curiosity, what model coach do you have?

Every unit they can place it in a different area, why, can't answer that question. Mine is above the wet bay on are 2024 385FL, had to replace with another model. Failed, water everywhere when tried to clean the black tank
