Paradigm slide out sticks out

our 2024 paradigm is at the dealer getting some warranty work handled. We’ve been lucky so far we’ve had no major issues. When I was dropping the trailer off the dealer was checking us in & I noticed the lower leading edge of the living room slide out (entry door side) was sticking out abnormally. It is offset about 2 inches from the side of the trailer. It really looks goofy because the plastic ”fender” is primarily attached to the slide out but a small bull nose portion is attached to the side of the trailer in front of the slide out. With them not aligning it really stands out & I pointed this out to the technician. he checked the seal compression & said that the slide out is adjusted properly & there’s nothing to be done. I responded that it looks like crap & there’s no way it was designed to look like that. Things were getting a little testy so I backed off (my wife would have been proud of me) & told them I would check it out on my own. do any of your slide outs stick out As described? I’m picking it up tomorrow so I can post a photo soon to compare.

Mine on my valor does stick out. Nature of the beast, I am thinking. And yes, it looks like crap.

Thanks for the reply’s Bozo & Jim. Looks like I need to accept it for what it is - a poor design aesthetically - & move on!

My old 5er with flush floor slide out was the same way. Split fenders rarely ever line up, at least not perfectly.

The tech called it correctly as long as the compression seal is sealing properly the slide is fine.
Fender alignment is just aesthetics.
