my living room slide twists when taking out. Called dealer and they had me unplug one motor, press slide out. Continuing to do that switching motors back and forth till slide was all the way out. Now tomorrow we are putting camper away for winter, is this the only way to put it back in? Will be taking back to dealer in the spring to fix the problem (if they know how, it wasn't working when we took it, but they said we could just bypass this til spring). we are 230 miles away in rural Montana and wanted camper in airplane hangar for winter.
