Have Not Tried?

I Recommend The Oxygenic Shower Head! It has a turn off button for boondock, uses very little water even when left on and boosts water pressure big time. Available at Amazon and Camp World.
It is a game changer! Crazy how good it improves your shower

Our original shower head has a button to shut off the water flow, I'm unfamiliar with the Oxygenic and do not doubt it may reduce the flow rate in the shower. Having had both I have wondered about the claim of the tankless uses more water the tank heaters. I do believe that the biggest loss of water occurs while mixing the hot and cold water to the correct temperature. We set the temperature on our tankless to the temperature we desire for the shower and just turn on the hot water so there is no playing with the cold to get the correct temperature. I do notice the quick temperature loss of hot water in the line running to any fixture in the rig and wonder if a little insulation around the line might help, this has been noticed on both the tankless and tank heaters.

Just need a shower head with a button to pause it while you lather in your water-friendly navy shower. Then a quick burst of scalding water before you rinse off and you're done!

I think the device would be beneficial for those who boondock. If it works as advertised, it could produce a significant reduction in waste water. The more campers showering, the greater the realized reduction in wastewater.

It does work as advertised. I had one in my past camper, a Rockwood. It really saved a lot of fresh water, essential when boondocking. I was wondering if anyone modified there shower to install this and how they accessed behind the shower wall to install one. That should have been my question.
