Norcold Freezer Door

The 12V Norcold freezer door only slides open a short distance. Is there a way to get it open further?

We had the same problem. The left pulls further out than the right.
I defrosted the freezer and it pulled all the way …..for a while. Now having the same challenge. I’m going to defrost again and see if there is ice forming in the track.
