No hot water on electric

Plenty of hot water in propane mode. No hot water in electric mode. I hit the reset. Anything else I should be looking at? I need to conserve propane and need to be on electric for as much as possible right now.

I saw this thread and thought "bingo" but unfortunately no replies. I am also confused about gas/electric options on the hot water heater. If I just turn on the switch for electric - no hot water. If I turn on both switches - hot water. The owner's manual wasn't super clear, but it almost sounds like the electric is just supplementing the gas. Any help would be appreciated.

Quick follow up - I remembered from a Facebook post that several owners had to plug the water heater in to the designated outlet. I just checked via the water bay and found the water heater was unplugged. Think that might be the problem
