Hello all, from Mesa AZ, we are Vic and Bonnie and just purchased a new delta 292rl. After not taking possession until some warranty items were fixed, we now are into the sixth week and still not taken possession. Blue Compass mesa was our dealer. The service manager is the only person trying to help. Never did i ever deal with an industry like this! Why issues aren't taken care of before the unit is sold and taking care of once it's received from the manufacturer. I don't understand! Sorry for venting!

I understand you are upset as anyone would have the right to be.
Not sure what story you are receiving from your dealer BUT sometimes they blame the OEM for their own short comings.
Not implying that they are mis leading you because I am unaware of the details of your Delima.
I would however suggest that you reach out directly to Alliance with your VIN number and see if they have actually received a warranty request claim from them and what the status is of any parts that might be involved.
