New Avenue 32rls owner

Hello! We bought our 2024 Avenue 32rls in February and love it. We had an extremely thorough outside PDI which found things that could and were taken care of, we're extremely glad we did it.

Currently we have been having some issues with the dealer in getting a couple of new things checked out. Sending a very detailed letter to tomorrow to Alliance with communication/lack of response issues by the dealer for the last 12 weeks if I don't hear back from the dealer by mid day. Hopefully Alliance will be able to help motivate. The Alliance Customer service person was extremely understanding when I told her about the lack of communication follow up by the dealership.
We love our 32rls!!!

My wife and I will be taking a good hard look at the 32RLS, so I'm interested in how yours is doing thus far?

We love ours! It is a 2024, picked it up in Feb. Layout is perfect for us, 2 retired adults, 1 dog. Tons of storage. Outside PDI picked up some things which were taken care of. We are at the end of our 1st long trip, 3 weeks when we finish, close to 2,000 miles. Worked like a champ. We had taken 3 shorter trips prior to this one.

Biggest issue for us now is also service department, for some things that need to be looked at. . .rear levelers not consistently coming down about 20% of time and inconsistent airflow in coach w heater. Not worried about Alliance. . Its the dealer. Alliance is helping us w that. I knew service has been notoriously bad at dealerships, but didnt know how to assess it. These are the questions I would have asked/now ask:

* how many alliance avenues have you sold, how long have you been selling them (sales)

Service department: talk to them and look at the facilities:
*when can I get my rig in to be looked at? What's the likelihood it will be looked at within a week . . 10%, 50%, 90% of bringing it in?
*if i need to pick it up by a certain date, can your shop foreman work w that?
*if parts need to be ordered, can I pick my rig up and bring it back in when the parts come back in.
*seems like techs are in short supply, are you all impacted by that?
*how many bays do you have, are they all active?
*how and when do you keep your customers informed on the progress on the rig?
*Look at the other types of rigs they are servicing. . . Are they all older models and therefore may not have the experience that is needed for newer rigs, esp. Considering the electronics on the newer rigs.
*how much back order all you all dealing with?

Sorry, long post hope it is helpful.

We LOVE our 32RLS!

Outstanding! We just bought our 2026 Avenue 32RLS! We can’t wait to go camping in it! We’re upgrading from a great travel trailer. Hope you all have a great summer!

Congrats on your 32RLS. We love ours, especially the tried and true layout. One item to check before your trip, take a look at the kitchen slide mechanism to make sure it has plenty of clearance to the front tire. Mine had a sharp edge that would cut the tire when backing down my driveway. An angle grinder made quick work of it, but it cost me a tire. Ours is a ‘22, so they may have corrected the issue in production since.
