New 23ML Owner

Just purchased a new 23 ML and my wife and I love it, it is the perfect size for the two of us. We live in Bozeman Mt and took it to Worland Wy for my wife’s uncles 80th birthday and everything works great except the door won’t close from the inside, I have to slam it to close, works fine from the outside. Anybody experiencing an issue like this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You might take the striker plate off and check for burs and alignment.

Have done all that and what I actually found is the strike plate sets out from the door frame about a 1/16” so I pounded it flat up against the frame and seems to be working a bit better.

Alliance has a video showing how to straighten your door with a 2x4. This should do the trick.

I'm over in Darby and my wife and I are planning to buy a 2026 23ML in the very near future. I'm glad to see that you folks are liking yours! We think it will be the perfect size for us too.
