We purchased this 23ml 2025 in April of this year. Sold our 2019 22c Ford Transit motor home ( great for travel and boon docking) and our 2017, 39' Coachman Chapparel 5th wheel , that we stayed in, Florida, 4-5 winter months each year. The 23ml is a combination of both the motor home ( self contained) and the spacious 5th wheel w/ 3 slides. We have 400 watts of solar, 280 amp hours lithium batteries and a 4000 watt generator ( which we keep in the bed of our Chevy 2500hd diesels ). The 23ml is only 28' long with 0ne slide out. It is small enough to fit in state parks and is capable boon docking many days. We will take it to Florida to our winter park, this year.
Since purchasing in April, we have done 4 trips. Each trip was around 600 miles each. Iowa for a 50th wedding anniversary, Cannel, Grand Rivers, Ky. Rough River Lake. Mississippi State University, where our grandson will start Collage this August. Last so far, a Campground near Cincinnati with our oldest daughter's and family.
My wife and I love the 23ml. We have made small repairs, lose molding etc., nothing major. All systems work well. Love the on demand hot water heater. Alliance did a great job with little things, like 3 way switches on slide and awning. self closing drawers and doors, great storage, large windows with great view camp side. Suspension is fantastic, many more things I haven't mention.
We did swap out the theater seating with 2 Lazy Boy recliners and added a small table between the recliners.
When I get time I will send pictures of how we made this our 2nd home.
