Little needed improvements to make things better

Hello all! What little improvements have you made to make your experience better?
So far, we’ve added a front door holder. The door is designed to stay open and be resistant to a “breeze” but we get some wind here where we live, almost daily. We found the friction in the door was just not enough.
Also added some jigsaw puzzle plumbing for the city water. This keeps the hose near to the panel and incorporates a pressure reducer with a brass quick connection.
Also added some protected tin for the battery upfront. Our dealer only gave us a nylon strap to hold the battery box lid on. I went to a big box store and got a piece of flat aluminum and bent it into shape. I gave it a hinge and a hole for the padlock, and viola! instant deterrent
for the latest addition. We bought a led light strip that goes around the slide edge. It’s dimmable and provides a nice ambient light for relaxing or watching a movie. I still have to find a solution to make the living room lights in the ceiling dimmable. IMG_4869.jpegIMG_4867.jpegIMG_4864.jpeg

Today was about some storage organizing. Saw some ideas on the internet and put them to practice with our trailer. Tie-downs were placed in the passthrough storage area to hang items in the nose area to take advantage of the space. The curvature makes this a unique area to maximize storage space.
Also, 2 magnetic bars were screwed into place in a vertical orientation to hold some larger tool items for the stabilizer wrench and weight distribution leverage bar.
A must do improvement for us, we needed to beef up the stabilizers. No idea why Alliance put them at an angle, but this didn’t help attaching enough screws to hold the stabilizer secure. So I repositioned the front two stabilizers to a perpendicular orientation and added a 1 1/2 aluminum angle so the stabilizer now has a full footing.
And my favorite addition today, a place to store the truck hitch on the trailer while parked! 😎 I used a clamp on bumper 2 inch receiver (like those sold for bikes and such) - it was necessary to buy 4 ten inch bolts so it fit astound the frame of the trailer.

Hello all 262RB owners (and probably others will be able to do this), just incase anyone was wondering, yes you can install the MORryde X-Brace Scissor Jack Stabilizers and the SnapPads
😀
of note, you’ll need to adjust the scissor jacks from the factory angled position to an even and parallel configuration to install the X brace
