You can deflect it enough to get a 1/4 x 20 carriage head or regular bolt behind it.How do I attach my new licence plate to that funky licence plate light thing on the back of my Paradigm 295MK?

OK Ill Try that. You can deflect it enough to get a 1/4 x 20 carriage head or regular bolt behind it.
I used a regular nut and lock washer followed up by a lock nut once I had it snug.
My fear was breaking the plastic bracket, so use care.
It’s weird mine is not like any licence plate mount I have ever seen In my life?Guess I don't rememeber there being any issue when attaching the license plate..??![]()

You will need to cut the bracket arm free of the silicone on each side.My 2026 310RL has the license plate stuck to the trailer and is silicone tight to the body!
Is there a special type fastener to be used on this application? I can't get a nut behind the plastic!
Help!
Thanks, I've never ran into anything like this, and I am an old fella! This feels chincy on higher end model, for sure! You will need to cut the bracket arm free of the silicone on each side.

My fear was breaking the plastic bracket, so use care when trying to slip the bolt behind it, so the threads stick out towards you. Also be careful when tighten things down so you don’t crack or break anything. The bracket is certainty a bit Mickey Mouse.

Bryan, Thanks much. My license plate came in the mail a few days ago and was stumped on how to attach it. I pretty much followed your steps and it worked like a charm! You will need to cut the bracket arm free of the silicone on each side.
