Keeping the fridge doors open in storage

On the Norcold 18cu-ft gas absorption refrigerator, is there a way to "lock" the doors open when the RV is in storage? I didn't see anything in the manual about it, other than "Do not close the doors completely." The doors on our smaller Norcold in our old camper had a special latch position that would secure the doors but keep them open.

I just prop mine open when in storage and unplug the refrigerator
