Island Lights

We are looking to replace the two lights above the kitchen island so looking for suggestions. We have been thinking about changing them out. Now that I broke the one plastic clear shade I need to either replace the cheap shade or replace the fixtures. 310RL……..Thanks.

Following. I cannot stand the light fixture above the island in our 340RL.

Have an Avenue 30RLS and didn’t like mine. Bought these led’s on amazon. Tried to put a link below. Hope it works. They are the same as the rest of the lights in the ceiling on my rig. Are dimmable. Just need a big enough hole saw to install.
