Inverter

How to wire a 2000 watt inverter to solar prep. Where does the 120 volt from the inverter connect to. On the rv electrical panel there is a 15 amp breaker identified, apparently this breaker handles 5 dedicated plugs for solar.

If you get the MultiPlus II you can just run the a wire from the transfer switch to the MP and then use the existing wire that went from the transfer switch and put that in the MP. Save a lot of thinking and use most of the electrical in the trailer, if not all of it.

All I wanted to know is were to wire the 120 volt from purchased inverter to the prep wires on the coach. Do not want to install a multiplus 2.

Rick...lets take a step back. I think there is some confusion due to the wording of your original post.

You asked about how to wire an inverter to "solar prep". That would never happen...you could wire an inverter to the "Gen Prep" area. Do you have the "gen prep" package?

"Solar Prep" would be used to charge battery bank, it has nothing to do with A/C power, other than charging the battery bank, that is then used by an inverter.

My mistake I meant to connect the 120 volts from the inverter. Advised by Alliance that in the garage bay there is a prep connection for 5 dedicated plugs, this is wear I want to connect the 120 volts from the inverter. In my coach the ac/dc panel has a 15 amp breaker named inverter.
