My Oven pilot light and burner will not stay lit. The pilot light will go out when I close the oven door. Then when I get the pilot light to stay lit with the door open and turn the oven on, the burners will go out when I close the oven door. If you leave the door open it melts the knobs. Anybody else having this problem?

I leave the door closed and watch the spark through the glass. Hold the knob down until you see the little flame and keep holding it down for 12 seconds then turn the knob. Works every time on mine.
