Impressed with Alliance factory service...

We took our trailer to Elkhart for some factory work. We had a crack in the sidewall at the top of the livingroom slide. They fixed it under the 3 year structural warranty. While there they fixed/checked a number of other things that we didn't even mention.
Here is a list:
Replaced wiper and bulb seals.
Replaced sail switch on furnace.
Cleaned re-attached and painted all ground connections.
Replaced a screen with a hole in it.
Tested and confirmed no water leaks
Performed rear wall fix.
Reinforced front of trailer.
Inspected roof dicor and vents.
Replaced front of fireplace that tended to loosen up while traveling.
