How long does it take at Factory on install for Everchill -16cuft to cool to 45 / 5 ?

can someone ask the tech that QA QCs these after installation ?
trying to determine if ours is behaving normal. not much technical info except on Etrailer website on these units

yep.. just pulled this freezer back cover off again.. Fan inoperative.. evap unit iced but not too bad.

I gotta go to Vietnam for a new 12v fan... dug it out.. going to Ebay. lol. See if I can save a 2300$ fridge

its a 21.. a Pandemic Vietnam fan.. brushless.. looks quiet.. but flimsy. Thats deal.. Thankfully the compressor didnt quit on me also
