Hey Allies! We joined the FamAlly in July of this year. After several months of looking at everything from Big Horns to Brinkles, we finally made the decision to purchase a 370FB. So far, there have been absolutely no regrets. We have had to contact the service department a couple of times, and I can tell you from previous experiences with other campers, the stories we read are 100% facts. They contacted us back in just a couple of days, their responses were on target to help me get a few minor issues resolved, and they actually cared that the issues were resolved. We were and continue to be impressed with the company as a whole. Bill does an absolute wonderful job with his "What ya know Wednesdays." It's amazing that this company goes out of it's way to do this for it's customers. We honestly feel like we are part of a FamAlly. We look forward to seeing all of you out on the road one day soon. If you haven't already, join the Alliance Facebook group. A lot of good, helpful information is passed on in that group. We are proud to be part of that group as well. We absolutely love our rig.
