Help - Control panel only shows 100ah

Help! Just bought a 2022 Valor 42v13. Has the Solar Plus option. I have 4 Renogy 100ah batteries wired in parallel, but my control panel only shows 100ah. Shouldn’t it be 400ah? I’m wondering if 3 of the batteries are in sleep mode. Batteries don’t last very long at all. New to solar and need help figuring this out.

Are the batteries connected together via RJ45 cables?

Hi folks, not a solar expert at all, and will defer to others on this topic. However, the batteries do have two modes and requires a plug in switch to change modes, there is info on Renogy’s site that documents the process.
The other suggestion I have is, have you reviewed your control panel settings? Is it possible that the AH value needs programmed per your system. I know that Renogy’s basic battery monitoring system requires programming to reflect AH’s accordingly.
