Heat in Tow Hauler area

Bought a 2026 Valor 37V11 on February 6th from Blue Compass in VA on the way home to Louisiana we parked for the night and attempted to sleep in the tow hauler area. Turned on the furnace, temperature was 20F outside. the furnace did nothing to warm the area. Anyone else experience this in an Alliance tow hauler?

I have found that leaving door open to garage area and using a small fan helps a bunch.
