Happy Jack Quit

We have a Valor 31 t 13 2023. We just bought this used. Today when I was running the Happy Jack down and then back up to seat the top bunk locked in place at the top of that run the Happy Jack just quit no electric power. Have others experienced this is there a common thread. It seems as though we blew a fuse but there's no documentation as to whether this is an in line fuse or one in the fuse block . Additionally is there a way to pull the bunks down manually in order to get to what I believe to be the controller and motor which are up in the in the near the roof rear on the passengers side.

Any help would be most appreciated.!!!

Thank you very much I see that... Does Alliance publish fuse maps. My rig did not come with a12v fuse maps. I managed yesterday to find a blown fuse which turned back on the Happijac. Now I will need to figure out what caused the fuse to blow if it keeps happening. Be nice to have a fuse map in general. Otherwise love my 31T13

They typically do not produce a wiring diagram beyond the breaker panel identification placard for 120V and 12v but I have heard of some people being able to squeeze one out of them via email.

Where did you find the fuse? Helpful to post that info here for anyone else who runs into this issue and searches.
