Furrion French door refrigerator not making ice?

My fridge has been making ice as it should. Using the camper this weekend and arm is down, good water pressure but it has made zero ice. On my old camper there was a button that could be pressed to cause the ice maker to cycle and prime. How do you do that on this fridge or cause it to initiate?

Sorry I do not have a solution to this problem, but saw this post and we have the same refrigerator and today it's not making ice for the last day and a half. Our refrigerator has been on the last week because we are getting to take it on a two month trip. My wife did drain the freshwater tanks and refilled it and perhaps about that time it stopped making ICE. The refrigerator and freezer are keeping their temperatures which is good but no ice is being made.
Maybe related or not - we also noticed dust on some reusable ice bags in the top freezer drawer. I googled it and this can happen from the freezing and thawing cycles. I guess dust and dirt can line vents or Airways and then deposit into the drawers? We spoke to a service technician today at Giant RV where we bought the 5W, and he stated watch your seals on the refrigerator but this refrigerator is only eight months old and the seals seem fine. We don't have time to take it in. Curious what you found and we'll update this space in the near future. Meanwhile we'll use the good ol ice trays on this trip. Horst

Any chance you can manually cycle the bin level arm(if there is one) or cycle a dedicated ice maker on off switch?

Also, many of our 12 DC frig’s use 120VAC ice makers so if that is the case make sure that breaker isn’t tripped.
