310RL. I'm defrosting my freezer.. Is there not a drain port "for the freezer"? Looking but i can't see one..
Freezer drain?

we have a 2024 32 RLS Avenue with a 16 cubic foot furion side-by-side refrigerator. I think the drain port is in the freezer and it goes to the back of the refrigerator. there is a small pan, only a drip pan. I think it's like the regular home refrigerators where it only has a drip pan. I have my refrigerator replaced when it went out and took it all apart and looked and saw a pan back there. don't know if this will help but hopefully it does
