dining room table straps for the two chairs

can somebody with a Avenue 32rls tell me where these two straps connect to under the table into the wall I changed mine out to the rotating dinette and we are now hitting the road and I don't remember what part of the metal bracket under the table these connect to I know they drill into the wall if somebody has a picture of their two chairs with the straps or could send me a picture that would be helpful and how I'm supposed to secure these two chairs for roadmode I don't want them moving inside and scratching or rubbing against anything. any help is appreciated

First off I put a chair on each side of the table then I run pthe strap through the center metal piece of the table then around the legs of the chairs on both sides and then snap together. With slide in and chairs tied down in this manner they don’t move.

When I installed the new swivel kit I put the D-ring just below the middle screw attaching the support to the wall using a self drilling screw into the metal bracket.
