We bought a 2024 Valor 42V13 brand new. We are currently at an Escapade and were given a gator. When we told them that we didn't know anything about that, they explained some. They also told us that we should have received a Welcome Box. Is this something to dealership should have done/told us about?

With our 2024 Valor purchased directly off the line, I only got an outdated manual, some opened bags with hardware and unused brackets in them, a microwave installation template, various appliance manuals, a trim removal tool, and the flexible driver for the BAL accuslide manual operation all in a zippered bag. Box would have been cool though.

Below deck had the manual crank for the awnings and the tire winch, and the coil hose for the exterior port. That concludes my received items. The kids have collected gators from fellow Alliance folks along the way.

Not the first to mention a Welcome Box! We didn’t receive one either. Had to hear about it here and on FB.

As for Ally-gators, we’ve had a lot of fun giving and getting them. Even received one at a rest stop - by far the nicest we’ve been gifted.

Send Alliance an email requesting the new owner gift box and one will show up at your door in a couple of weeks. Worked for us back in January.

We bought a '24 in January of '24. I understand they did not start with the newcomer boxes until some time after that.
But just in case look under all drawers and other surfaces for an alligator sticker with a QR code. If you find one got to the QR code link for you box.

Like people do with rubber ducks for Jeeps, Alliance owners give Ally-gators to other Alliance owners. That is what happened to us here.

They also mentioned the Welcome Box and this forum.

That is what started me digging into this.
