What Happened to you to reach out to those guys?

Did you ever get Ryan Brady or Bill Martin email address? I feel like I am being ghosted by Carter Cantrel the service rep and would like to elevate a warranty issue to see if I can get specific instruction or advice on how to get warranty repair while we are traveling. We are stuck in Billings Montana for the fourth night and Carter states (only on the phone) that he is just swamped with repairs and doing the best he can but he is rather unresponsive to email.

You can use the method below, but it is now the weekend and I am not sure if Alliance support works Sat/Sun.

To get the fastest response (typically within 48 hours), make sure to include the following information in your email:
  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • The last 6 digits of your VIN
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the problem (if applicable)

OP,,, our experiences are that Jim’s recommendations above have worked quickly for us w any questions, or issues we have had. So far always quicker than 48 hours. Good luck 👍🍀

Thank you. after sending a text to Bill Martin I received quick and helpful directions. It is frustrating to have so many warranty issues in the first 9 months. and now that we are on a long trip it is helpful to get specific advice and assistance from Alliance.
