Ceramic Heat Rejection Film?

I’m curious if anyone has used ceramic heat rejection film on the windows of their rigs and if they did, what benefits or disadvantages they observed.

Edit: asking in the context of improving cooling performance.

Haven’t done it on my camper, but have done it on multiple vehicles and it DOES make a world of difference. Same concept as low e glass in homes.

I'm impressed with it in my truck too. I even got the clear kind for the windshield. I looked into it a tiny bit for our Paradigm and see it might be hard to find a roll wide enough. I will not consider a seam down a window.

The brand that a local tint shop installed on my truck is "XPEL Prime XR+". Its infrared heat rejection is 98%, UV rejection is 99%. I will say that it is a FAR better product than the ceramic heat rejection film I let our Ford dealer install on my wife's car. So do some research on the specs of various films.
The cost for the two front windows and the windshield was $450 back in August 2024.
