We own a Lance 2285 TT that we currently have on the market. We had an opportunity to winter in Florida with the Lance (which is a fine RV I must say), but learned it wasn't good for living in for several months. I needed more counter space for cooking and the Lance has a beautiful dinette but there is no other seating. I also like cooking outside and quickly found out that it was a hassle to walk in and out of the trailer for all the tools and food. The floorplan on the Alliance Avenue 33RKS floorplan is incredible! Checks the boxes for me. Looking forward to learning more about Alliance through this forum. Looking forward to being a snowbird again with the 33RKS.
