Bike rack lights

New member and owner of 2025 321 bh. Recently purchased a Thule bike rack with a light kit to fit into the receiver hitch at the rear of our unit. We had to splice in a four-pin wiring harness to provide the electricity to the rack lights (brakes, turn signals, running lights). BUT now, when the turn signals are flashing, so do all the marker lights on the unit. Assume it is an insufficient ground path but can I ground the four-pin to the frame?

Yup. White should always be grounded to the frame by direct bare metal contact or through a grounding bus.
