Bedroom slide-out

Picked up our 2023 30RLS on Feb 18. Didn't notice until we got it home (different light angle) that the top trim on the slide-out cabinet in the bedroom has had small holes patched, the top of the trim (bathroom side) looks like it's been distressed and touch-up paint applied. There's nothing mechanically wrong with it just noticeable if looking close. Not sure what options we have if any.

Could that be where they used a nail gun to attach that trim piece to the wall? Then they go back and use a wood filler to attempt to repair the nail hole.

Possible for the patched holes. The trim board looks like it should have been skipped. It's not a finish quality board.
