Battery and Solar Question

We are in the process getting the Delta 252rl built. We are excited about the RV and being part of the alliance family. We plan on doing minimal boondocking, maybe day here and there like a Cracker Barrel. With the standard 200 watt solar panel and the deep cycle battery the dealership provides be enough? If no, what is the bare minimal we need for a day boondocking? Thanks.

The answer will vary, based on when you boondock (winter worse than summer) You might consider a Lithium battery vs AGM (deep cycle) The best way to really test this is camp in your driveway overnight and stay unplugged. This is a safe way to test your system, with no risk of running out of power in the middle of the night. The other way is to go to a campground but never plug in. You can then see how long you can go and always have the ability to plug back into shore power when/if needed.

Thanks for the advice. We will try your test suggestions you outline.
