Hi guys! Our bedroom slide stopped working on us today and we cannot figure out where the slide controller is to see if a bad connection is the issue. We also can’t figure out how to manually bring the slide in. It’s really ruining our Labor Day plans. Any help would be appreciated.
As a note, the slide does not make any sounds when we press the button and no, the controller is not in the basement on the ceiling like all the videos suggest. We’ve basically torn the rig apart.

First off, which model slide? If it is a BAL Exact slide the controller would normally be mounted on the basement ceiling or on the ceilings behind the Natulis Panel or behind the removable access panels, assuming you have them on your model. If you find it, check connections and lights, and try the test buttons on the controller, these buttons can help you get it in . There is also a manual process with a flexible driver that is normally in your info packet. You insert this in the top of each motor and move each side a couple of inches at a time while working back and forth using a drill.
