42V13-How to open big dinette window

This big window says it is an emergency exit and it has a red handle. I would like to know how to open this type of window. I pull on the red handle but it doesn't seem to budge. I'm afraid I'll break it if I try to hard.
Any info would be most appreciated.

Try to lift up on the handle then swing it in. Once it is swung in you should be able to push the window out.

On this type of window, when you push out on the red handle you will probably find that the window gasket is stuck to the frame. Just keep steady pressure outward. The window will come loose and swing open.
