The guys over on the Paradigm page are talking about installing 40-lb propane tanks in place of their 30s. Wonder if those would fit in the 30BH? I can't find a picture with the right view to see if that bay is high enough. I'm concerned that we'll burn through propane much faster since most RVs are going to the propane-only water heaters (on-demand). Maybe they're more efficient than I think?

Some manufactures are going to 40lb tanks as standard equipment because of the on demand water heaters.

40 Gallon tanks have always been available on some of the more premium brands they are really not a new thing.
They have been around long before tankless heaters.

Yep, our travel friends have a ‘18 Jayco Pinnacle that has three 40lb tanks due to the factory installed propane fueled generator, they have a traditional tank water heater.
