310RL Living Room Slide Skid Issue

Noticed a few days ago the below issue on our Living Room slide. The skid seems to have loosed up a bit, BUT the slide works fine. I was able to watch the slide as we extended/retracted it, and everything fits OK. No hang-ups or jamming. But not too keen on the situation. Suggestions for a quick fix OR possibly replacing parts? We have a 2022, so the factory warranty is not applicable here. Thanks.

I am having the same issue and just sent in a service request. I also have a 2022 but it was still new until Jan 2023. I will post if i find anything out.
