2026 Valor 36V11-Renpro 400ah Battery not Charging-Two Red Ligts Flashing (Heat & Status)

We just picked up our RV from RV Connections in Dothan Alabama and our battery is completely dead. We can't even lower the jacks. We plugged the RV into our house 120VAC (15AMP). The battery never turns on and does not take a charge. Any thoughts?

Note: I tried to turn on battery but it won’t start.

First thing I would do is check the converter breaker inside the RV. Then if that is on, I would disconnect battery and test the incoming lines with a volt meter. This would rule out either the battery is bad or something is wrong with converter.

At least on my rig, there are two fuses on the panel that will blow if someone happens to connect the batteries backwards. The 12 bolt system will still work but the batteries will not charge.....I know this because the not to be named dealer I bought mine from did this. Everything worked fine until the batteries were dead....
