Hello all. Joining the group here as my wife and I are scheduled to pick up our new 321BH this weekend(July 11th). As reading thru some of the threads so far, I really like the input from the members and have already started planning some personalization. Do have a question though as this is a much longer unit than our older Jayco Eagle TT we are trading in. I would love to hear everyone's thoughts about the various camera options. My tow vehicle is a 2016 Silverado 2500HD for reference.

I'm a tech nerd, so more toys = better :)

I think a rear camera is a must, so you can see cars behind you. Some folks will say trucks mirrors are enough.

I also like having side cameras too. Agian...up to the buy and their wallet :)

Here is a video I did a few years ago, adding a 3 camera solution to our 340RL.

On my 321, I had the haloview camera and separate tst tire pressure system and it worked great. On the new avenue, I went with the haloview with tire pressure monitor. The combo is nice to only have 1 display. I didn't want to go through the work of using the Ford system. My 321 came with rubber valve stems, so if you get the tire pressure monitor, make sure to change those out first.

Appreciate the input. WE got it home and tucked away in the barn on Saturday. Now my wife is in full "nesting mode." :) Took a hit with the wallet getting the 50A surge protector (watchdog system) so camera is going to need to wait a little bit till my "toy/tool fund" is built back up. Just figured safe power was more important. She can use cell phone(like walkie-talkie) to guide me back for a bit longer. LOL We are taking it out for maiden voyage this weekend thru part of next week. Campground is about 50 miles from home and probably half that distance to dealer so if have problems won't be that far away. I think going to have to get some dimmer switches for most of the lights. Only the main room light switch has the dimmer built in and bed/bath are extremely bright. One real disappointment so far is on the camp side of the pass thru storage, they DON'T have a slide control switch. Have it on the off-camp side but not the main camp side. Just guessing that they used the second switch for the second awning instead of the slide control even though there is plenty of room to install another switch. Guess at some point going to need to pull panel out and see if wires are actually there. Hopefully they are and I can just add a switch.
