2026 Avenue 23ML Furrion Refrigerator DOA in Las Vegas

We are on our maiden trip to the southwest and along the first stops we noted a “E6” error message in our Furrion refrigerator. Within a day or two, the frig was having difficulty holding temperature and the compressor was running continuously. We contacted Alliance Service and a dealer in Las Vegas and they were able to diagnose our problem the same day. Two temperature sensors were faulty. After running information through Alliance and then Lippert, we need a NEW refrigerator. Not sure how long we will be staying in Las Vegas (we are supposed to be in Tucson Friday) until our refrigerator is replaced but living out of coolers until then. Ugh!!

Just curious, has anyone else had a problem with their 10 cf Furrion side-by-side refrigerator?

No trouble with our refer in the 22ml or the 23ml. Do you have French doors on the refer with the freezer on the bottom? Hope they have one for you close.

Yes, we have the French doors with the freezer on the bottom. The Alliance service guy here in Las Vegas said there has been some reported issues with the control board and the newer generation of this frig had been fixed (we must have gotten the old version). It looks like Alliance will come through for us, getting a new replacement refrigerator to us in the next 3-5 days. Fingers crossed we get to Tucson in a week.

Small world Mark and Kim I was parked right beside you at Johnnie walker rv the morning you arrived I hope you got your fridge replaced . They have always been great with warranty work for me . Yes William, we made it to the Tucson area the next day after Johnnie Walker's replacement refrigerator was installed...great service indeed. Things seems to be going better and after 3 weeks of traveling, it's time to relax and enjoy some sun. We'll keep an eye out for you guys and your Paradigm down the road. Safe travels!
