Bought a 2025 Rk234 last year and we have determined that it is just not the right floor plan for us! Getting ready to sign the papers for a 2026 29RL.
For you 29RL owners how do you like it?

Love it so far, recently returned from 4 night initial trip. Just winterized but looking forward to March

Got a 2024 29RL and are quite happy with it. Had a few issues at 1st, incorrect wiring to the 12 volt fridge, wrong size tires/wheels (were 15" other than the brochure said 16") so had to replace them on our own as did not notice when doing predelivery inspection. Love the lay out and we do spend about 10-12 weeks a year in it on avg. We replaced the bath counter top with quartz as wife couldnt live with the TINY sink/spittoon (she called it that). Got stuck in Mobile, AL last winter at 4 degrees and 10" of snow and came out of it intact and no frozen pipes. We have put approx 10K miles on it with NO issues on the rd. We did add the SUMO springs to it an things quit moving around alot inside on travel days. Definilty do the Predelivery inspection as it did save us 3-4 hassels from things found before pick up! Would buy it again! We pull it with a 2022 Duramax 4 DR shortbox and use an Anderson hitch which we love.

We got a 2025 29RL in June of 25, other that the 12v wire to frig issue, which is fixed, we are happy with it. We did add slide toppers.

Hello. We just purchased a 2026 29RL and it went straight to winter storage, no overnight stays yet.
Just being proactive, what is the issue with the 12v wire to the fridge issue?

Our wire was shown as Inverter wire on the label when we went to install the inverter for the solar/Lithium battery upgrade. We had to pull a new wire to the fridge so was no big deal other than dropping the underbelly a few feet to get to the panel for the fused side. My son is an electrical engineer and i have experience with that sort of thing so no biggie! Yours may be fine. We didn't know it until going to hook up inverter. Really like the floor plan. We also did add slide toppers as "too old" to climb up there every time we park! Good luck and enjoy! Mike

Hello We are looking at the Avenue 25RL and the 29RL. We have a 28'6" travel trailer and want to upgrade to a fifth wheel. Little nervous on the lengths. Is there much difference in pulling and backing up the 25RL compared to the 29RL? There is a 3 foot difference in them.

Welcome to the forum!
You will quickly adjust to whatever you purchase.
Remember with the fifth wheel, you absorb some length with the over the bed distance compared to having all the length behind your bumper with a travel trailer.
Good luck with your decision!
