2025 Paradigm 340 RL Furrion Artic 12 Volt fridge

has anyone else been through the process of turning off the unit for storage/winterization? The manual I have on one page says to hold both the "MODE" and "LOCK" (my unit has a Function button in place of the Mode) buttons for 5 seconds to toggle on or off. When the unit is off both temperature displays will show "--". In the section of the manual under "Storage/Winterization" it says to only hold the MODE button for 5 seconds. This will turn off the interior lights, compressor and defroster.
I have attempted both of these instructions. Doing both the temperature displays to show the "--" however, the interior lights are on. Leaves one concerned that the compressor and defroster may not be off as well.

Randy, not sure if the Furrion is similar, but my residential refer did the same thing. Lights stayed on for a while but eventually went off. Compressor was off…….

Thanks for our reply, still waiting to hear back from Furrion. Maybe I will try and leave the doors open to see if the light goes off and that the open-door alarm does not go off.

update, well... my support call with Lippert resolved nothing but them recommending that I call Alliance support. Lippert said that there should be a dedicated 10-amp circuit that I should be able to flip the breaker or pull a fuse. Shared this with Alliance support who shared that there should be a 10-amp yellow fuse block in my battery compartment that I could pull the fuse. Discovered that there was none. We then moved to the power bus bar behind the hydraulic system in the upper front compartment. There was no fuse block there either. Then tested cutting power to the fridge by disconnecting and testing a couple of lines one at a time from the bus bar. Still no luck.
Resolved the issue by switching the solar and battery switches and pulling my two lithium batteries.

Randy, We are full-timers in a 2025 310RL and have no need to shut the fridge down for storage. However, we did have a board failure on our fridge and had to find the 12v feed to de-energize for repairs. On ours, their is no switch or fuse only an auto-resetting circuit breaker at the buss behind the hydraulic tank.

I’ve attached 2 pictures. One shows the location of the buss behind the hydraulic tank. The other shows the specific terminal that feeds the fridge. Note the yellow breaker.

If you take a look at your buss, it is in your best interest to give each crimped wire a tug and check for loose crimps and terminal connections. Cheap insurance.
