Fireplace remote control usage

Does anyone know the brand of fireplace put in this unit. I’m having problems with the remote, it only works when it wants to. I lost the pamphlet and there’s no name anywhere to be found. It’s a 2023 Paradigm. Thanks.

Sorry, I've looked at our '22 and don't see a name anywhere.

One thing I've noticed with our remote is you have to have line of sight .... In my case, I have to hold the remote pretty low to achieve that .. like below waist level. Once I figured that out, it works pretty well.

Could be for the fireplace you have.

Not only line-of-site but pointed at the upper right corner of the fireplace.

Same here, line of site at right upper corner. As an added note, our remote happens to turn power on for the radio as well if pointed in direction of radio.
