We have a new 340RL with a Maxx fan in the bathroom and the kitchen. The fan in the bathroom will try to open and then immediately closes and shuts off like it is raining outside. If I open it manually and then try to start it the fan will immediately close. The kitchen fan works fine. Any ideas what could be wrong.
