Hello! We are looking at a 36brm and I have a few questions that I can't find answers to:
* Do these trailers come with self adjusting brakes?
* What is the i-beam size on the trailer?
* Is the fresh water located behind or in front of the trailer axles?
* Anybody with a washer and dryer in theirs have some real world pin weights?
* How quiet are the AC units? Do they have heat pumps on them?
* Does the fireplace heater have a thermostat or just a hi/low setting?
* Being 101" wide if towning with a shortbed truck is a slider a must? Anybody towing with a anderson ultimate or goosbox? If so what are your clearances? For reference I have a 2022 F350 SRW CCSB.
* Overall do you recommend your avenue?
Not all of these are 36brm specific but probably more avenue.
