One thing to check is if the stairs are all the way down. I have noticed that the stairs can appear to be all the way down but the frame under the door is more than a 1/4" up from the sill. This will make the door hard to shut. If that is not the reason then you really should get the door...
Great video. Would dearly love to see how to anchor the drawers in the island, those are the ones we are having issues with. Edit: In part 1 he did the island drawers. Now I have more work on my ToDo list.....

Yea, it was clearly a miss and QA did not catch it.... Don't know if they even check for that. Not much you can do at this point. I am moving the battery bank to inside the conditioned space and the plenum from the roof is directly above where the batteries are going to live so that works out...
In most cases I think they do better, someone on the line had a bad day or missed a step (QA certainly missed it) and I was the lucky recipient of the present. I was able to work around their mistake but I did not enjoy wasting hours of my time trying to find something that was never installed.
Well, the mystery has been solved. They never installed the solar prep wiring, just the connector. Someone needs a little more training I think. Luckily I was able to run the PV wires down through the wire way provided next to the tank vents. Since my batteries will be in that area I am...
Well, just spent the last hour or so dropping the belly and there is no sign of any kind of wiring that might be coming from those solar panel connectors on the roof. So either I am blind, those wires are very carefully hidden or they are not there. Unless someone has some other idea of where to...
Thanks Jim
Yea, I already did that. The only unterminated wire I found in that bundle is a 12-2 duplex wire with a grey jacket. Pretty sure that is NOT the solar wire (certainly hope not anyway). I will have to open up the belly to see where that solar prep wire is and get it routed to the...
Thanks Jim
To this point I have seen nothing like you describe so I am guessing it will be in the belly somewhere. Guess I have to go in there to find them. As to the early or late model I don't have any idea what that means. My unit was built in the first week of May 2021...
Hi all
I saw the other thread about the location of the wires from the roof on a 310 but I can not, for the life of me, find them on my 390MP. Has anyone looked for and found them? I am about to install solar panels and want to use the pre-wired connections but need to find those blasted wires...
One year update - the wall caddy is still attached after a full year living in the rig and > 16000 miles. One thing 3M knows how to do is make adhesives, just get the correct one for the job. This caddy is specifically designed for showers and the adhesive Command strips are made for wet...
From personal experience I can tell you that indicates the screws holding the rear wall in place are loose or missing altogether and the rear wall is moving side to side as you drive down the road. When it first started happening to my 390MP I came to the same conclusion you have but I was...
Hi all
I am hoping someone may have a copy of, or a link to, a manual for the electric fireplace installed in the Paradigm 5th-wheels. I did not find one in the documentation that came with the trailer. I also looked on the LaVanture web site (they don't even have a support section) and in the...
Hey Jim. Yes, we used the Command Strips that came with the caddy. They are doubles (two on each side) and are specifically designed for wet environments. They have been in place for six months now so they seem to be holding up well. And thanks for posting the link, did not think of that.
