Underbelly

I have two rectangular access panels on the underbelly( I think ! ) just in front of the axls. Are they access panels or patches that someone has put in?

There is nothing under them . I was told they were for access but mine had slight holes and that is how I saw underbelly grey tank leak. Here is pic without panel

This Is my issue at the moment. The shower drain pipe is to short. I need a way to extend the pipe.

I know thread is a little old but I'm about to drop my coroplast on my 340rl to add/repair the lack of heat getting into our island and wanted to know what size screws you used to reattach the coroplast. I'm guessing that the factory fasteners were the nails that have the hex head. From the little I have read, most are using a #14 self-tapping hex head screw but this screw is alot larger in diameter than the factory nail. Thanks
