Slide bottom outside

Took delivery of 3400rl today. Got it home to find what appears is a screw mid way refrigerator slide ins piece of metal which lift slide is really digging into bottom of slide on outside. Appears this is plastic. Also it’s rubbing against something as it comes in and out. Appears to have black Teflon on edge which lifts slide. Thoughts

What are these wear bars I have heard about? Are they supposed to be installed or can they be ordered?

There are some installed, Alliance sent me four more (two for each big slide).

Mine has the wear bars. But seems screw was sticking up to high where metal bar covers up where bars side rides on join. Hope this makes since

My dealer removed the metal bars and replaced them with wear bars. The metal bars were scaring my slide bottom also. These were removed.
